This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal data when you use Soccer Tactical, our website, customer support, online services, and related game features.

1. Data we process

Depending on how you play, sign in, purchase, contact support or use online features, we may process the following categories of data.

Account and login data Player ID, internal user ID, linked platform account identifier, Google or Apple sign-in identifiers and authentication tokens, account creation time, and account status.
Device and platform data Device model, operating system, app version, language, region, network status, device identifiers used by platform SDKs, and push notification tokens.
Gameplay and progress data Team, roster, formations, match results, ratings, season progress, inventory, virtual currency, rewards, training, tactics, events, settings and cloud save records.
Purchase data Product IDs, order IDs, transaction IDs, purchase tokens, platform receipts, fulfillment status, refund status, and anti-fraud validation results. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
Analytics and performance data Game sessions, screens visited, feature usage, match events, resource changes, errors, device performance, diagnostics, crash logs and stack traces.
Support communications Messages you send to us, contact details you provide, screenshots or attachments, support history, and information needed to resolve your request.
Security and integrity data Login events, suspicious activity indicators, integrity checks, fraud prevention signals, IP-derived approximate location, and server logs.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera content, or sensitive categories of personal data unless you voluntarily provide such information to support.

2. Why we process data and our legal bases

Provide the game service Create accounts, save progress, run online play, matchmaking, PvP, events, rewards and customer support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Purchases and fulfillment Validate Apple App Store and Google Play transactions, deliver purchased items, prevent duplicate fulfillment, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
Security and fair play Detect fraud, abuse, cheating, account compromise and service attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation where applicable.
Analytics and improvement Understand crashes, performance, game balance, retention and feature quality. Legal basis: legitimate interests or consent where required by law or platform rules.
Messages and notifications Send service messages, support replies, security notices, optional push notifications and event updates. Legal basis: contract, legitimate interests, or consent for optional notifications.
Legal compliance Comply with tax, consumer protection, platform, reporting, court or regulatory requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation.

3. Third-party services and sharing

We use service providers and platform partners to operate the game. They may process data under their own terms or as our processors, depending on the service.

Firebase Authentication Used for account authentication and identity linking. May process authentication identifiers, sign-in tokens and device information.
Firebase Analytics Used for gameplay, feature and performance analytics. May process app events, device data, approximate region and app instance identifiers.
Firebase Crashlytics Used to diagnose crashes and stability issues. May process crash logs, stack traces, device state, app version and device identifiers.
Firebase Cloud Messaging Used for push notifications and service messages. May process push tokens, device data and notification delivery information.
Firebase Remote Config Used to configure app behavior and rollout settings. May process app instance identifiers, app version, device and region data.
Google Sign-In and Google Play services Used for Android login and platform account linking. May process Google account identifiers, identity tokens, profile information you authorize, and device/platform data.
Sign in with Apple Used for iOS login. May process Apple user identifiers, identity tokens and optional relay email information provided by Apple.
Google Play Integrity Used for app integrity, anti-abuse and fraud prevention. May process integrity verdicts and device/app integrity signals.
Apple App Store, Google Play Billing and Unity IAP Used to process in-app purchases and receipts. May process product IDs, order IDs, transaction IDs, purchase tokens and receipt validation data.
Game servers, databases, CDN and hosting providers Used to host gameplay services, cloud saves, website files, account records, logs and support operations.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data when needed to operate the game, comply with law, protect players, investigate fraud or enforce our terms. Third-party providers must process data in line with applicable law and appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Retention and in-game deletion

  • Account, cloud save and gameplay progress data is kept while your account remains active.
  • When you use the in-game account deletion button, your Soccer Tactical account and associated cloud save and gameplay progress data are deleted immediately from active systems.
  • We do not keep backup copies of deleted account data.
  • Crash logs and technical diagnostics are normally kept for up to 90 days.
  • Gameplay analytics and balance telemetry are normally kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated.
  • Support communications are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed for safety, disputes or legal compliance.
  • Purchase, refund, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention records may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law, platform rules or an unresolved dispute. These retained records are not used to restore a deleted game account.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability of data, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can manage platform-level permissions such as notifications, tracking choices, purchases and sign-in permissions through your device, Apple, Google or platform account settings.

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Security and anti-fraud systems may flag suspicious activity, but important enforcement actions may be reviewed where required by law.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the country where you live and in other countries where we, our hosting providers, platform partners or service providers operate, including the United States, Singapore, the European Economic Area and other regions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, access controls and data minimization.

7. Children

Soccer Tactical is not directed to children under 13. Players must meet the minimum age required in their country or region to use online services. If a region requires parental or guardian consent for minors, the player must have that consent before using the game.

If we learn that we collected personal data from a child without required consent, we will delete the data or take other steps required by law. Parents or guardians may contact us at tortenggames@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transport where appropriate, logging, monitoring and separation of production systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal requirements, platform requirements or data practices change. If a change is material, we will provide notice in the game, on this website, or by another appropriate method.
